Design
There are no ‘comes in your choice of’ model lines here. Our team will translate your ideas into a one-of-a-kind design. And as real-time sketches and concepting move to the drawing board, we believe you should be involved from start to finish in the process. Be it size and speed, or the stitching pattern on the seats, your role is instrumental in ensuring your boat is truly an extension of you.
Build
Remember the thrill of learning how to ride a bike for the first time? You’ll feel a lot like that when you step into the woodshop at Van Dam and see mahogany curls on the floor under the skeleton of your boat. As the build progresses, you will stand in the spaces where imagination becomes reality – at the helm, in the galley, on deck. We encourage clients to visit as often as possible during the build to experience every inch of their boat as it comes to life.

You’ve taken delivery of your custom boat and broken the champagne bottle over the bow. Your relationship with Van Dam doesn’t end there. When you commission a boat from Van Dam, the team is available to you every day for the lifetime of ownership. Whether you call with a maintenance question, drop your boat off for seasonal TLC, or find you would like to freshen up the design, we value the chance to reconnect with you and hear all about your adventures, nautical or otherwise.
