Kate
Metal Shop Apprentice
Kate was born in Traverse City but grew up in Cadillac, Michigan. She graduated from Cadillac High School, where she pursued general studies and took classes in heavy equipment mechanics. Kate is currently studying welding at NMC. She is AWS GMAW Certified. Kate is close with her mom, dad, brother, and two cats- Nyx and Sloan.
When Kate isn’t welding some of the beautiful jewelry for one of our boats, you can usually find her outside or working on her truck. She also plays hockey and is hoping to join a local women’s league soon!
